The Judge of Probate for Johnson County to William Hendry Greeting.
Whereas Abraham Hendry late of this county died intestate as it appears, I do
therefore give and Grant unto you the said William Hendry full power and
authority to administer all and singular the goods, chattles and credits of the
said deceased wherever they may be found, and to collect, levy, demand and in a
legal manner require and secure all and all manner of debts that are or may be
owing to the said dec'd. and well & faithfully to dispose of the same according
to law.
And lastly I do hereby appoint you the said William Hendry Administrator of all
and Singular the goods, Chattles and credits of the said Abraham Hendry
deceased.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my private Seal
(there being no Seal of Office) at Vienna this 6th day of November 1822.
